Default Code P0600 pops out - no throttle response

Dodge Grant Caravan 2015
Hi there guys.
I've been having the engine check light coming on for the past few days.
when it does go ON ( always P0600 ) - the car won't response to throttle when driving
when it first goes ON - when i stop ( not restarting the car ) - it runs smooth on 1st and 2nd gear - but when i get to like 40mph it won't accelerate rapidly / won't downshift etc.

after restarting the car - the light stays on - but it all runs perfectly
after a few shut downs .... in a day or max 2 it disappears - and the light pops back up the next day or so
most likely it does it - when the car is firstly started in the morning - going lazy uphill - with nearly none gas pressed
but once i was going quickly round the corners - and it did the same - so can't see any connections there.

it really annoys me - as i have no idea where to look for ....

P 0600 code

ECM has lost communication with the modules on more than one occasion.

Need to bring van in for diagnostic to find cause of communication failures.

You should be able to find a Fiat dealer they're are part owners of Chrysler. The Lancia Voyager sold in Europe is the exact same as the Chrysler Town and Country and Dodge Grand Caravan some Lancia Voyager has a 2.8L diesel some the 3.6L pentastar.
