Default No power but good, fully charged battery

2002 Dodge Caravan Sport getting no electricity to anything. No interior lights, no odometer, no radio, no clock, no sound whatsoever when key is turned in the ignition. I thought the battery was dead, but Auto Zone tested it and said it was good and had a full charge. He suggested I check power relays, but I don’t know where to start to do this. Also, what else should I check?

Have you used a multi-meter before? If not then you should find a mechanically inclined friend or relative to help you with this. You will move out from the battery and find the spot where the power stops. Before that they should check continuity from the body to the negative terminal.
