[5th Gen : 08+]: Double din radio and steering wheel controls.
[SOLVED] see below
Car: Dodge Grand Caravan 2011
My system:
1. Double din radio 2. PAC C2R-CHY4 Radio Replacement Interface
3. PAC SWI-RC Steering Wheel Control Interface
As I supposed everything should work as plug and play, but it wouldn't. According to the manual, I connected SWI-RC to PAC C2R-CHY4 harness and 3,5 mm jack on the radio. I set the switcher on the SWI-RC to 7. As I turn the ignition on SWI-RC switches and remember its program of 2 (Dodge Grand Caravan). I tried to program buttons on the steering wheel. They are programmed as I see that the light on SWI-RC blinks while pressing buttons but volume doesn't change.
The radio itself has a single wire that says KEY, I didn't wire it to anything because I don't know where to connect it. I also tried to connect this wire to white/green wire from SWI-RC but it didn't help either. Please assist

Hi,
I would suggest calling PAC. They have a technical help line and/or on line chat. I just used one of their products for an install on a Corolla and found them helpful. All the wires and connections can be a bit confusing, especially with steering wheel control and other features.
Good luck....

Solved.
Hello, I made it.
1. Connect blue/yellow wire which is outputting along with black 3,5 mm jack connector from SWI-RC to Key wire from radio (in my case white)
2. Set SWI-RC **** to 7 and program it as Dodge Grand Caravan - 2
3. Program steering wheel buttons as it is said in a manual. See if they programmed in SWI-RC - each pressing causes light in SWI-RC.
4. Map each programmed button in radio interface.
