My 2002 Grand Caravan AWD needs new front strut assemblies, and I would like to buy the loaded assemblies, because the front end is sagging and I am assuming that the springs are just worn out.

Can anyone please tell me if the front strut assemblies for the AWD model are the same as the FWD?

Here is what is confusing me. If I look on Rockauto, some of the assemblies are listed as FWD, but others dont specify anything.

When I look on Autozone, it lists struts for the AWD, but no loaded assemblies. However, if I look up the FWD model, the exact same struts are listed, along with several different loaded assemblies, but those loaded assemblues dont show up under AWD.

How can the exact same struts be used for both AWD and FWD, but not the loaded assemblies?

Could the springs be different or something like that?

At this point, I am totally confused.
