Spring time in Canada and I hit a big pothole the other day ripping up my front air dam. I noticed today that a protected wiring harness is hanging down and has received a lot of road wear. The harness is pretty chewed up and some wires that are broken.

for context. The vehicle is a converted wheelchair accessible taxi so the front bumper sits lower than factory models. It also has additional wiring for the meter.

The only difference I have noticed is the passenger side running light is out and the horn has a lower pitch.

1. What is this harness?
2. Is it a plug and play replacement?
