Default 2001 GDC with 170k transmission life?

I have a 2001 GDC sport 3.3l engine with 170k. I'm thinking about replacing steering rack, pressure hose, reservoir tank, outer tie rods, lower control arms and stabilizer bushings GOING TO USE ALL MOOG EXCEPT FOR STEERING RACK, PROBABLY EITHER BBB VISION OR AC DELCO, AN THOUGHTS ON THE RACKS?. I've already replaced the stabilizer link arms and struts at 143K. SO MY QUESTION IS WITH 170K EASY MILES NOT DRIVEN HARD. LAST 8YRS ONLY 5-7K PER YEAR. Transmission has been serviced 3 times for oil and filter. Seems okay at this point in time. WHAT IS THE AVERAGE LIFE SPAN OF THIS TRANSMISSION? I'VE HEARD 140K -350K JUST TRYING A MAKE A GOOD DECISION IF I SHOULD GO AHEAD AND DO THE FRONT SUSPENSION WORK OR NOT. THE COST OF THE PARTS FROM ROCKAUTO IS ABOUT $400. AND TWO TRANSMISSION SHOPS HAVE SAID THE COST TO REBUILD IS AROUND $3500. I LIVE IN THE SAN FRANCISCO CALIF BAYAREA SO EVERYTHING IS MORE EXPENSIVE HERE. THANK YOU
