Does anyone know if it's possible to safely take out the 2nd row stow n go captain's chairs and replace it with the bench??

 

The answer is No if you're looking for direct swap out. The seat attachment points are different the stow & go are on swivel hinge bolted in each cargo box with 2 floor attachment points while the bench seat all 4 attachment points are on the floor.
