I get a really loud rumble and shake in my van when the 2nd radiator fan comes on. The engine temps are always good but afraid it might be failing.

Anyone have an issue with this before? And how hard is it to replace for a person who learns quick but does not have a garage or many tools.

 

The bearing in the fan is probably spalled and about to fail. You can probably replace it pretty cheap. Get at least 3 quotes on the job, check with a body shop too since most of the work is work they do often.
