Hi everyone I have a question about the pin codes that I got from the dealership for my 2011 Grand Caravan. They gave me two four digit codes The first one is ignition which starts with the letter m and then three numbers, The second code is PIN which is four numbers. I have a new scan tool coming which is supposed to program key fobs for my van. I am not familiar with key programing at all. Am I correct in assuming that the code I need to input into the programmer is the one marked PIN with the four numbers and no letters? I haven't received the tool yet so it may be self explanatory when I get it. Thanks David

 

You are correct.......four numbers for the pin. Was there a charge for getting the pin?

 

Thanks for your reply. No there was no charge. I got my new scan tool, a Launch x431 v pro and programed a new key fob with no problems.
