This van only has dash a/c..... No rear air..... No dual zones.....
very poor air flow at center vents on high and recirculate..... blower motor is new..... have heat in all positions...... cold air in all positions.... but center vent feels like it’s clogged..... air is cold but just not strong flowing....??? A/C thermometer 🌡 ( I put in vent ) is in the blue zone.......( excellent for a/c system ) actuator seems to be working properly..... doors moving to the different positions.......any help is appreciated.... hopefully I don’t have to remove the dash and evap............oh and I did check connector at main control panel..... not dirty or melted......

 

Do you have a cabin filter? Is it in correctly? Perhaps try taking it out and see if center vents work better.

You can "borrow" one of those inspection cameras that bends around inside things like they vents from Autozone. You just have to leave a deposit which you forfeit if you don't return the tool.

 

I had a similar problem with my T&C, turned out to be the refrigerant was low. Had it into the shop, they topped up the refrigerant and all wa good. I went back after a few weeks so they could check for any leaks but could not find anything and it has worked flawless since.
