[3rd Gen : 96-00]: 2000 Caravan key problem

2000 Caravan key problem
Question on a 2000 Grand Caravan. Starts fine, but a couple times now when started the ABS light stays on, the radio doen't work, and the heater fan doen't work. Found that if the key is turned back just a little everything works. Is this just the ignition cylinder, or do I need to replace something deeper??
