I thought I'd save myself a few bucks and replace the driver's side CV axle on my own. I made the grievous error of removing the transmission side first instead of the wheel side. I fought with it for awhile but couldn't get the axle out. What's my best bet for getting this sorted? I tried bonking the axle back into the transmission to no avail. How bad did I screw up?
