Default p0139 and p0140

I have a 2003 Grand Caravan Sport 3.3

I bought it with a p0420 code. I ordered a new cat off amazon and installed it. While replacing the cat I broke the lock tab and the mounting tab on the downstream o2 sensor connector.

I put it all back together and secured the cat to the tailpipe with a band clamp. The band clamp doesn't fit perfectly so there is a very minor leak. I drove it about 25 miles before the CEL came back.

I was worried it was a bad cat code again so I pulled off and did the key dance. It flashed a p0139.

I then took the van to drive it on the highway a few miles and when I got back I went to check the codes again. It not shows a p0139 and p0140.

Where should I start?

I am thinking tomorrow I am going to make sure the connector is plugged in all the way and dry (we just got a decent snow that I've been driving the van in). From what I can see the o2 wiring is not contacting the hot exhaust anywhere so I dont think I melted it.

Could the slight exhaust leak after the cat cause an issue? Could the injector harness I hear so much about cause an issue here? I am just hoping I don't need to hail marry any more parts into this thing...

Best possible outcome for me. The downstream o2 connects separated. Now I just need to find a way to keep it together.
