[5th Gen : 08+]: Leak - need to know what hose it is

It looks like one of the hoses in my '09 Grand Caravan SXT 4.0L is leaking. I suspect it is a coolant hose because the reservoir is empty and the radiator level is low. I've attached some pictures with arrows pointing at the problem. I'd greatly appreciate help if you know what the hose is. Or, if you know of a link to an engine diagram for the '09 4.0L, that would work too.
It looks like the leak is just below the bottom band clamp. The last pic has an arrow pointing at it.
We stopped driving it in December when I noticed the leak. I'd like to get it fixed now because my kids will use it when they go back to school. Thanks!
I think I found my own answer: part of the heater hose assembly. And, believe it or not, I found one in my garage! I remembered I purchased a kit a long time ago and stashed the part I didn't use in a cupboard. I'm going to get an aluminum Y-connector to replace the plastic and I should be all set. Super!

Anytime you see those two hoses w/or without the air conditioner hose running into the firewall, that will be coolant. No other fluid runs up into the firewall that I can think of.
