1999 caravan 2.4l cranks but no start. ASD relay bench tests ok. I get no power to the 12v terminal that the book says should be hot at all times at the ASD relay socket. I hear the fuel pump running and but no power to ignition or o2 sensors. I also get no codes and no bulb check from the MIL light when i turn the key. Also i get no oil pressure light bulb check but i do see the seatbelt light, odometer and the rest of the cluster come to life. this is the basic model without power doors and windows and without an alarm system. I've cleaned and inspected the grounds especially under the battery, opened the wiring harness and checked the wiring around that area under the battery. I've added ground strap from the engine to the body and the body to the battery. I've replaced the clamps and lugs that connect to the battery soldered and crimped. clean the terminals of a new battery as of 6 months ago. Load tested the battery twice and it tests good both times but charged it to be safe on a float charger overnight. Any help with this is very appreciated.
