[2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport]

I have a weird new "chriping" squeak. It only happens when I turn my wheel slightly right, about 2 degrees, and then it stops when I get past about 5 degrees. The chirps are only about a half a second apart no matter whet speed I go.

I have had some parts replaced in that area but this showed up a few months after. Any ideas? The breaks have a slight squeak as well, same tire, and I just had the front brakes done last year.
