So my horn isn't working. I checked all the relays and fuses by switching them with the fog lights.

All are good.

I was able to supply power by shorting out the pins for the relay to activate the horn.

If I push my panic button the horn and lights work fine.


What could be causing my horn to not work when I press the wheel

 

Probably a clock spring issue innside the wheel.
