Default AC on but radiator fan doesn't stay on

I have a 2010 Grand caravan C/V with the 3.3 flex fuel motor and 66k . I live in a tropical climate where it is 80° or above all of the time. when I turn the AC on the fan will come on it seems like a low speed for maybe a minute or two and then turns off.. shouldn't the fan be always on with the AC on.. if I am correct the fan should be on high speed always on with the AC on.. thanks for any help.

The other thing that is strange with the AC is that the passenger side vents will be warm and the driver side will be ice cold.. it does not have fancy temperature controls it is just old school manual controls for a cargo van or utility vehicle just your basic fan speed and temperature control and actuator blender control

Hi. I also have a barebones 2010 Caravan 3.3 L. No the rad fan only runs on this model when the A/C high side pressure reaches a certain point or engine temp requires it. Not on all the time. It is pulse width modulated so fan speed can vary according to need. As for driver/passenger side temp differences if it's a not dual zone sounds like a broken door in the H.V.A.C. box. Gotta love those plastic parts. I'd scan the H.V.A.C. control module for faults first.
