[5th Gen : 08+]: 2010 Grand Caravan SE 3.3L bumper trim comming off
Hello,
The trim below the front bumper is coming of on one side. The fastener on the end is missing. I got a couple of new ones to fix the issue.
The problem is that I did this not that long ago. The replacement went in and seemed to be secure but now I notice that the pin is gone again and the plastic is hanging down. Is there anything I can do to make this repair more permanent?
I considered just gooping up the pin with epoxy, but the could turn into an issue down the road. I am considering blue thread locker but I'm not sure it is thick enough to do anything on a plastic push pin.
Has anyone else run into this? Are there suggestions?
I suppose that it is possible that this is not the same pin, but the pin on the other side. I can't remember which side I fixed before, just that is was the end pin. If it is the other side it is probably fine and I can just put in a new one but I don't know.

With a lack of suggestions, I gooped up one of the plastic push pins with blue thread locker and re-attached the trim. I will see if it falls off again. After re-inserting the pin, I can feel the top of the pin above the trim. I guess I could put some steel epoxy putty on the top of the pin after it is in place. I don't think it would ever fall off after that.
