Hi I have a 05 t&c and whenever I starts it in the morning it would stall for about 15-30 seconds then would drive like nothing happens for the rest of the day
and also I'm only getting 10 mpg in city and 20 mpg on highways according to over head dome

 

How many miles? Last tune up? Just started doing this? Have you calculated mileage another way? Overhead MPG displays can be horribly decptive. And mileage can varr wildly depending on driving habits, ie. if you are gunning it around town, that could be why. Need more information to assist you.
