Normal HVAC control unit re-learn behavior on start-up, ran the calibration with the scan tool, recirculation and left temp failed. Replaced them with battery unplugged, cleared codes, did the recalibrate with the scan tool, both new actuators still fail. Tried the same process with a different HVAC control unit, no dice. Im lost, i dont think theres anything else i can replace other than the brain right?

 

Depending on the scan tool you should be able to open & close each actuator individually to see their operation did you check if the actual doors to see if they weren't stuck in a set position.

ive got the inside of the van peeled back and im watching the door, it just doesn’t set at the right spot, it thinks blend means 80% feet 20%torso for air distribution

 

When you replaced your blend door actuators did you use an aftermarket actuator like Dorman or you used OEM Mopar blend door actuators.
