I've experienced the same thing. I've replaced the spark plugs, coils, fuel injectors, and pcv valve. I continue to receive misfire engine light.

 

Dodge Grand Caravan 2011 have experienced a lot of truble with the ethanol concentration in regular gazoline due to a ratio change on pump station. If u guys live in America or in Canada and are 2011 dodge grand caravan 3.6l users, you will sometimes need to put supreme (octane 91) gas to ensure good functioning of your dodge vehicule.

I personally invest 3.5k$ on investigation to find that the problem on mine was only that, it is worth a try.

i recommend empty the tank to 1/4 before filling with supreme.
