Default Rear Tire Wear Issue.....???

I've had my 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan for 7 years. I am constantly rotating and replacing the rear tires for severe inner tire wear. Both rear tires wear on the inner tire (left & right tires are toe'd in).
I've taken it to my local mechanic - claims there is no adjustment in rear. I've taken it to Dodge dealership and they said shocks were worn - so I had them replaced. Issue still happening. Carfax did not show any rear accident when I purchased. Is there any rear adjustment to fix this or is my rear axle bent?........Please help!.......

Same issue on both rear tires.

You mechanic is right the rear assembly came with fixed wheel camber angle however if the bushing are worn from the wear and tear over the years the arm can be replaced most after market arm have adjusting wheel camber angle. You need a 4 wheel alignment that should tell you how bad it's out of alignment then they can go from there no doubt some parts will need to be replaced.
