My 1997 Dodge Caravan became an antique last month. It is still a beautiful car and I would like to drive it another 200,000 miles. After some persistent overheating problems, etc. this summer, decided it was time for a total overhaul including a refurbished engine and transmission. Everything is going fine and we are about ready to do the break-in. One thing that needs to be done still is a quick learn for the TCM. The scan tool we had is only a diagnostic tool. So, need a recommendation on a bidirectional scan tool that will communicate with the TCM and perform the quick learn sequence. Does anyone have a recommendation for an affordable bidirectional scan tool that works on my 1997 Caravan? If possible under $300? Thank you!
