[5th Gen : 08+]: Front Struts for 2012 Caravan
Hi, I have 2012 R/T and looking forward to replace front struts. I really wanna get KYB but they are not available for R/T model.
Question: how different front struts for another Caravan Models? Can I use KYB for Crew, etc models?
tnx

So Im curious if i can use those on my 2012 R/T and whats the difference?
tnx
You can use those strut plus SR4175 SR4176 on your 2012 RT I actually put a set of those identical one on my 2013 GC SXT PLUS I really like them actually my whole suspension is KYB front and rear I found the van ride better than when it was new. The difference is that your ride will be smoother not as stiff as the OEM sport suspension mine had the touring suspension.
Hi, I did some research and sure its looks like I can install up front KYB SR4175 SR4176 complete assembly struts (originaly design for NOT R/T)
But I guess if I do so, I have to replace my rear coils to NOT R/T ones and use not R/T rear shock.
I dont think mixing up front/rear suspention componets will be a good idea (not R/T up front, R/T in a rear)
tnx anyway
