Went and had my oil changed by the time i pulled into my driveway van started to make a whining noise and would not pull out like the transmission has went out you can put it in park let it sit for a minute put it back in drive then it will go again but not far could it have been something they done while changing my oil???

 

The first thing I would do is check the oil level to make sure they had enough in the transmission the whining noise is lack oil supply to the pump who did your transmission fluid change a trans shop or dealer or a back year mechanic assuming the filter was changed at the same time with the proper level of oil. Then likely cause would be the tourque converter clutch failure and the debris is being accumulated at the bottom of the pan and being pick up by the filter and clogging it up.
