My 2019 Caravan radio quit working. It still has the backup camera that is intermittently working but the screen is blank otherwise. Radio fuse is good just don’t know what the next steps are. Any help is appreciated.

 

You can try pulling the fuse to reset it, otherwise, do you have any warranty left?
