Default Is there a Mopar tool that changes PCV easily?

Hi everyone. I got the codes P0455 and P0507 yesterday on my 2008 DGC (210,000 miles). Autozone pulled those codes and the system said the most likely solution was a PCV valve and an "additional part" (but doesn't say what the "additional part" is). I don't believe the PCV has ever been changed before. My first question is, after seeing a few videos, is there a special Mopar tool dealer techs use to remove the PCV? I have weak hands, so I don't trust trying the shade tree methods. Or If I have the extended lifetime warranty on the DGC, would a bad PCV valve be covered, minus the deductible, if it's part of the emissions, or EVAC system?
