Default 2016 Caravan 3.6 random stalling while driving

I have a 2016 Dodge Caravan with the 3.6 engine and 132,000 mi on it. Recently the van has been randomly stalling while driving. I assumed it was the throttle body or the TPS so I replaced the throttle body with a used one from the yard. Engine cuts out but if I hit the gas pedal quick enough, it starts back up as if nothing happened. Cleaned used TB before install and made sure not to spray the TB directly. It didn't stall for 2 days but is now stalling intermittently once again while driving. I can shift to neutral while in motion, start it back up, and on my way but this isn't safe and my wife said she won't drive it like this. No CEL, no codes, nothing to point at any particular part.

Anybody else go thru this or anything similar?

Did you ever get this issue figured out? mine is currently in the shop being diagnosed with this stalling going on. Intermittent is the perfect way to describe it. I also experienced to if I gas it quick enough sometimes that keeps it from dying. We also have no codes or even a check engine light. Dies while driving... then starts right back up and drives like nothing happened.. oddest thing.

I just got through something like this. Replaced the throttle body since the TPS and motor are attached to it. I also made sure to clean and grease all of my connections including the accelerator pedal sensor. The secondary issue was a bad crankshaft position sensor. It's under the van behind the engine (looking up its left of the oil pan) and a pain to get in and out. I had an oil leak from the oil filter housing (which I had replaced) and it had gotten on the sensor which made it drop signal. Once I cleaned the area and replaced the sensor all seems to be ok.
