I'll start with a question: why on earth did Dodge decide to install such an inferior head unit in these vans? They have been installing the same radio since 2005 and it is next to useless given today's technology. That's my rant. Ugh.

-Steering wheel controls

My wife desperately wants a head unit with Apple CarPlay and I am using that as an excuse to upgrade everything. For starters, I did a little research on Crutchfield and found a double din media player and wiring harness adaptors that will work with the rear screens and steering wheel controls. It would be swell if I could upgrade the rear screens also. Does anyone have insight? I like the clean, factory install look. Thanks in advance!

i have the screen remote and headphones to add to my radio I’m just missing the power wiring harness that goes from the screen to the radio I contacted dealership and they were no help
are you able to look at you system and advise what the dvd power harness part number is?

and I’ll do some research for you on your screen upgrade
