Default Electrical, out of ideas

I have a 2013 Caravan SXT 131k miles, not sure what info is relevant and what isn't, so I'm posting everything. I'm the second owner (northern MN), first was a rental company in NY. So here's what is happening and what I've done:

Codes:

Tcm low voltage
Reverse gear ratio incorrect
Both cleared without scanner, used a scanner without clearing capability.

Symptoms (first 4 are intermittent, first two always together):
Crank, no start
Cranks in "on" position (low temps)
Stalls at intersections
Hesitant shifting/engaging (especially cold)
Not shifting from 1st even at high rpm (limp mode?)

Testing done:
Visually inspected WIN, no issues found.
WIN appears to have good internal connections.
Full voltage to WIN.
Full voltage to TIPM.
Connections to and from TIPM clean, no visible corrosion or scorching.
Checked fuses, all good.
Swapped relays around. (Poor man's test).
sent TIPM to rebuild company for testing, no issues found.
battery load tested good.
charging system at 13.2+ volts.

Battery is about 2.5 years old. Other than a bad ground, I have no idea where to go from here. Even that, not sure where to look. Any ideas/ thoughts/ insights would be helpful. Thanks.
