I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan has a 3.3 L engine. When I try and start the car sometimes it makes a bang bang bang bang noise till I turn the ignition off. I have had the flywheel replaced the starter replaced the battery replaced and sometimes it still makes the bang bang noise until I turn the ignition off Any ideas?
