What is this skinny little vacuum line called? My cruise control is dead, because this line has a hole in it, so I need to know the name of this line to locate and order a new one.

It's the skinny line with the two arrows pointing to it, from above and below. 2001 Grand Caravan Sport FWD 3.3L

Been searching and searching since I posted this, and found a better pic of the line. It is attached to the Cruise Control Servo Unit, so now I have this much, but still cannot find it to buy anywhere. All I need it this thin vacuum line pictured here: I don't need the whole unit; only the vacuum line. I sure hope someone can help me with this.

 

Measure the line diameter.
Go to your local parts store, pick up line that diameter.
Remove the old line from the rubber connectors, install new line, reinstall.
