I have a 2013 dodge caravan and now I get 20 Second Delay to power up dashboard after start and the wipers are going also and the digital info center is stuck at 41 kmh any one know what its from?

well an update I took the fuse out and put it back in and made sure all the other fuses were fine and its now back to normal so maybe when I took the fuse out and put it back in it reset itself
