I went to get our 2007 grand caravan inspected yesterday and discovered that the computer couldn't connect to it, and neither does my code reader. It appears the OBD port isn't getting power. Upon further investigation, everything else works except the lower of the 2 cigarette lighters/power ports. The top one works fine. I've checked and all my fuses appear to be good and I can't see anything wrong with the wiring under the dash. Does anyone know what I'm missing or have a suggestion for what fuse to replace or how to fix it? I can't get an inspection until I get it working, and my attempts to fix it yesterday triggered a dash light.
