Default Oil Filter Housing Seals

Ok, looks like its a seasonal thing for me
I have 2012 Dodge Caravan with 237000, runs great, but I'm doing Oil Filter Housing Seals every (!) spring..every 30000 miles
First one I did in march 2021, used Mahle GS33683 set at 170000 miles. Lasted 1 (!) year.
Second one I did in february 2022, used FEL-PRO ES73012 set at 201000. Lasted 1 year and 1 month.
Now we r in April 2023, cas has 237000 and its starts leaking again.
Its relativelly easy job and I dont mind doing it again, but still... Planning to use Mopar part this time..
Is it possible am I doing it wrong? like maybe not tourqing it correctly or is it just a poor seals quality?
Appreciate your thoughts
tnx

If it is leaking so often, you are doing it wrong. I donot know anybody else who changes oil housing seals so often.

Default Update:

Yesterday I was going to replace o-rings, but when I removed air intake manifold, I find out that oil was leaking from oil filter cover (from a highest point)
Replaced oil filter cover seal , tight it to spec (25 nm), clean up everything, did spark plugs (since I had access) and now waiting.
Order new oil filter cover (just in case). Also wondering if I really needed new oil filter housing seals a year ago... maybe I had the same problem... Not sure at this moment.
And I really hope I dont need new oil filter housing.
237xxx on a van and counting
