The issue started awhile back with the battery dying overnight. Tried charging the battery but it wouldn't charge, noticed that when trying to jump it that something was running. Turned out to be the fuel pump constantly running (unless fuse was pulled). As a temp fix I replaced the fuse with a fused relay that switched when ignition had power and that issue was fixed. Now the two aux power ports at front and the one at the back are not turning off when the van is off and exited. I could do the same as I did with the fuel pump, but has anyone had this issue before? Is there something else that's the root cause?

2010 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L with VES + Power inverter system
