Default changing out the exhaust

Hello,

A while ago the pipe connecting the converted to the muffler rusted out at the connection. I fixed that with some tail pipe repair putty. Then the seam in the muffler rusted out and I fixed that with the other envelope of repair putty that can in the package. It is now getting noisy again and it is time for a proper repair. This is a 2010 so the exhaust that is on there doesn't owe me anything.

I am going to do all of it and this is my part list,

WALKER KIT6251799 Exhaust System Kit ($108.99 for both +ship)
WALKER 47846 Ultra E.P.A. Compliant Catalytic Converter ($182.79 +ship)
WALKER 25024460 OEM Based Downstream O2 Sensor ($30.79 +ship)
WALKER 25024675 OEM Based Upstream O2 Sensor ($32.79 +ship)
MAHLE F7568 Graphite Gasket ($3.04 +ship)
PERFORMANCE TOOL W80491 Off Set O2 Sensor Wrench ($8.06 +ship)

This comes to $367 minus an $18 discount, plus about $100 shipping. I think this is pretty ok for a complete system. If I skip the converted it would drop to less than $240.

I have a couple of questions.

RockAuto lists this gasket that is different from the one in the list above. It is shown in the gasket list.

FEL-PRO 61701 Converter to Front Pipe Gasket ($7.94 +ship)

The MAHLE F7568 gasket (that shape anyway) appears in the parts diagram at the link for the exhaust system above. There is nothing in that diagram that looks like the FEL-PRO gasket and I don't see where it would go. Does anyone know if I need this gasket and where it would go. It would be odd for RockAuto to list if if it is not needed.

I have never used Walker O2 sensors. Does anyone have any experience with them? Since the rest of the system is Walker I assume they will fit and function. The OE model is NTK and I could get those for about $30 more for the pair. Bosch is also available and cost a bit less then the Walker. I have never had a bad Bosch anything. Has anyone used any of these who can comment?

Is there anything else that I am missing that I will need, other than allot of PB Blaster? I normally wouldn't replace the converter but the pipe from the converter is gone so I would at lest need to splice in a a pipe there. The Walker converter is on sale for $182 so I will just go ahead and replace the whole thing.

Thanks for the advice,
