[5th Gen : 08+]: ac and rad fan not working
Could be unrelated, but I think both stopped working the same time.
For the fan,
I've checked the hi and low relays and they are working
I've used a jumper on the relays to test the fan and it is working
I've replaced the engine coolant temperature sensor
I've also replaced the thermostat (due to a P0128)
For The AC
The clutch is not engaging.
The AC is charged and the AC compressor was replaced last year.
Any advice on what I should be checking for?
Is the AC Pressure switch the next thing to check/replace?

I couldn't get any codes from my scanner, so took it to my local friendly mechanic that pulled this DTC.
B11CF: Rear Temperature Door Travel Range Too Small
This seems to indicate that I might need to replace the blend door actuator, but this doesn't seem to be the cause of the issues.
I get the rear defrost flashing sometimes when I start up the vehicle.
I tried to jumper the HVAC relay port and it doesn't make the condenser clutch engage
I've tested the condenser by connecting it to a power source directly and the clutch does engage
I'm starting to think this is an electrical issue. Is there a way to test whether it is the PCM or the HVAC controller? (or TPM or wiring?)
