I have 2009 dodge van and has rusts on both bottom sides near the wheels.

I need the bottom plastic on both sides removed to fix the rust and rotten bottom.

How to remove the plastic cover safely? I know there are some fasteners that are used to fasten the plastic bumper to the metal bumper.

I uploaded some pictures of the fasteners, body and plastic covers.
