[5th Gen : 08+]: 2019 Caravan sudden electrical issue; will not start
Our 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan from one moment to the next had major electrical issues. Was running fine; turned off van, minutes later went to turn on the van, dash indicators randomly flashing and interior lights started flickering actually more like a strobe light. No starter crank, and will not take a jump all symptoms the same. Had to get towed home, upon closer inspection I'm hearing relay clicking from the relay box(TIPM) even with the key out of the ignition. The one relay that seems to be click the most is the ASD relay(K10), I did swap relays around to see if it would make any difference, no joy. I also pulled and visually checked the IOD fuse(J13), it didn't appear to blown.
I don't even know where to start here; based on the quick research maybe loose ground somewhere? Bad PCM?

Okay, I finally got to experience the issue myself with a good electrical source. All power works fine, electric door locks, sliding door, dash lights good, interior lights all good, no radio though. No crank and I was able to pull the codes... lots of them but the most notable is the low voltage, P0562 – System voltage -low. So it looks like I'll be looking at the alternator and fuses.

UPDATE: Still not starting, will not jump start, BUT I noticed a quick flashed message NO FUSE. I visually checked all fuse box fuses; none appear to be blown. Are there specifical fuses I should be looking at with a non jumpable status and NO FUSE message; clearly this is at the heart of the low voltage P0562 code.
Did you ever figure this out? My 2019 grand caravan started doing the exact same thing 2 days ago. I count get it started with a jumper but not cables. The first few times if I disconnected the jumper it would automatically die as well. I got it home after the incident but checked the battery and it showed 12.6 volts. When jumped and running it showed 14.4 so the alternator seemed to be working as well. Thanks in advance.
Yes it was indeed the battery, I've never experienced a battery issue like this ever. No indication the battery was bad, but it was. Replaced the battery, all is well.
