[General]: Are winter 215/70R16 suitable for 2013 Grand Caravan?

Are winter 215/70R16 suitable for 2013 Grand Caravan?
I have four winter tires on rims, they are 215/70R16 and the original for my Grand Caravan is 225/65R16, the winter tires will be slightly taller and skinner, is that a problem?

there are a few online calculators tire comparison height etc. I wouldn’t go much taller than stock
