2012 Dodge caravan crew with low mileage (60K) but has a host of small annoying problems. Most annoying problem is the climate control. No matter what status the climate control is in, the climate control would turn on by itself on full AC mode after approximately 5 minutes of driving. When shutting it down it would then do the same thing repeatedly after few seconds of inactivity. Warranty refused to replace it because the problem was not immediate and hard to duplicate each and every time. Driving through a hazardous weather requiring full attention this problem can be very dangerous due to distraction.
Time passed and now the problem changed. Turning the A/C on full would take the climate control about a minute to react. It would start on very low setting and after a minute or two full blast or as intended. The ac control for the back seats work fine.
The vehicle was purchased new and the climate control worked fine for few years.

I have replaced the front panel control with a used one purchased on eBay and the same problem remain. Looking for advice on other potential fixes.
