I have a 2013 dodge grand caravan that I recently came across something interesting while working on front fender grill. This has nothign to do with the grill just noticed this while under the van working on it. There is a pan under there which does not appear to be the oil pan. But I noticed this pan has bolts but no nuts. My apologies if this question sounds dumb, but I am not a mechanic. I have done quite a bit of mechanic work though I don't care for it but I am no master at this. My main concern is if this was supposed to be like this or should I get some nuts to put on these bolts? I have a small video on youtube as well but wasn't sure if that was allowed so only posting pics for now.
