Rear lift gate

Fuses are good. Manual latch is working properly. I even unhooked the arm from the lift motor but rear door still will not open. Any suggestions?

Wont open as in you cant raise it up?

Doors are heavy and if the door liftgate struts are not both working its hard to open.
