My radio and passenger side window do not work.

I feel confident in troubleshooting relays and fuses with a voltmeter; but I'm not where to start with more 'complex' electrical units like the passenger side window, which won't roll down.

I suspect the radio--which doesn't turn on--would be simpler to start with. But even though I have the Hanes repair manual, I'm not savvy enough with the fuse box diagrams to know where to start.



Any suggestions where to start?
