Hello all,

Need to ask for some help. My mother has a 2018 Grand Caravan. When her cell connects to the audio system it plays a message that my brother recorded the day she get it. The problem is that he has passed away and she needs and new cell phone, bad. She is refusing to get a new phone because she doesn't want to loss the message my late brother recorded for her.
So, my question is, will she lost the message if she changes phones? And if she will, is there any way I can save the message and reload it with her new phone?

Im sorry for your loss. My only sibling took his own life when I was 18 and I can relate to your mother wanting the recording.
My advice, as old-school as it is, is to sit inside the van and make a recording of the audio while its playing. You can do this with another cell phone, a hand-held voice recorder, etc.
i would suggest to do this right away, no matter what else you eventually figure out, to preserve the memory of his voice.
