Front Brake replacement. Everything completely normal on the job. Within weeks, I noticed the rotors heavily grooved - both tires. It's grooved on just the outside of the rotor. Inside is completely smooth. The entire rotor is affected, so not like something is sticking out and rubbing it.

Took it apart, and once again everything completely normal with my work. I don't know.
