I have a 1998 dodge caravan se no fog lights. the headlight will not turn on. there is power to the relay and the relay is good. no power to the fuses under hood for high and low beam. I have the head light switch out right now (what a bitch to get out) and there is no power to the switch either. not sure if that is normal. I have no wiring diagram. I know most things are controlled by a bcm or in dodge they might call it a fem not sure. is there any test anyone can reqemend to see why they won't go on. no interior lights either. turn signals work, no park lights.
