Tested ign relay ok.
Tested starter ok.
New fuel pump; Refurb pcm flashed to vin#;
New key cylinder in column; replaced coil pack; good pressure on fuel rail
* Key will not crank starter but can crank bypassing ign relay.
* No spark at plugs; common feed to coil pack is neg voltage; primary & secondary coils test within specs.

Suggestions?¿?

 

I just swapped the pcm back to the original. Engine cranked once and then nothing.
Is there some kind of "security" that disabled the starter? How can I disable the security feature?
